My dishwasher broke July 1, 2022. AHS sent out ExpressAppliance, LLC. They came out TEN times and never fixed the problem. I still have no dishwasher. It has been filling and draining constantly for almost six months. Not only is this extremely expensive, but it is also horrible for the environment. AHS agreed, in writing, to replace the dishwasher, which I have attached. They are claiming they never said they would replace it, which they clearly did. They asked for the letter, which I sent to them multiple times, and now they absolutely refuse to answer me. I cannot get any response from them at all. I pay over 70 dollars a month for their warranty, and I have not had a dishwasher for almost 6 months. Since it broke, I have paid them over 420 dollars in costs and they refuse to fix the problem. All I want is for them to replace the dishwasher as promised. I have asked MANY times to have a different repair company come, as the one they keep sending is clearly unable to fix the issue. They have also refused to allow that.
