These people are the most annoying people to exist and have done some illegal stuff which infringes on the rights of all of their neighbors. They have moved into this neighborhood and lived here for only a year but have made a huge effort to bother everyone around them. From 10 different cars parked in front of your house, blocking your driveway, and leaving their cars parked there for one week straight for several months, to waking people up at 4 am with their mufflers. They have turned that house they had purchased into a roach motel housing undocumented people and you will see an entire crew people go in and out daily, always different people. The tenants also engaged in illegal activities trying to set you up for thievery with stolen credit cards, identity fraud and commit federal mail theft in order to establish residency at your address. They are roaches and cannot afford their mortgage and bought a house they cannot afford and made the entire neighborhood ghetto. Several people have already filed a complaint with the city due to occupancy issues and their patience being tested.
All they do is try to provoke you while doing illegal stuff, then try to deny everything and play the victim. Everyone here knows what they are about and very fed up and pissed off about this as they can't seem to stay on their own lane and stop harassing people. So much evidence has already been gathered.
Owner is completely complacent and smug.

Additionally, this is what happens when you tell a few people the facts and awful experience of the kind of scams being pulled on Nextdoor and you find your address being wrongfully posted for something you are a victim of for the past 6 months or so and feel threatened, bullied.

These people reside next door at 28826 and somehow I come on here and see this friviolous report written with the wrong address once again. I have a police report written from the fraud that occured regarding our address being used wrongfully intentionally and slandered on here. This has been ongoing since September of last year without our knowledge until recently.
SCT 0245 from local sheriffs. We got all of the invoices, bank papers, mailing packages with our name on it with people that DO NOT reside at our address. Confirmation from social security office that alleged number used belongs to someone else. And we still receive their crap even having police presence. Completely dense people, thick-headed, no integrity and feel harassed with randoms showing up and bothering our work day.
The only thing true on the original report is yes, there are several people that reported them to the city for over occupancy, nuisance, but the address is wrong.

It's amazing that I find this here, these folks live one door over and have been illegally using our address ever since they moved here and it has been nothing but a nightmare, address being used to commit fraud using stolen social security numbers to obtain a job and packages being sent over all the time as a form of harassment and bought with stolen credit cards and false identification. We have proof of this and it has been nothing but non-stop, randoms showing up asking for their stuff really gets on your nerves. Address being misused to establish residency, using your address for bank accounts, online shopping. They do annoying stuff to piss you off. Never once have permission been given and not only is this illegal and inconsiderate, it's a federal offense to illegally use someone's residence to commit fraud. We are so sick of these people, and now to look here and see address being falsely used again, they don't live at the address written in the original report! Once again having our privacy ruined and infringed upon with tenants after tenants suddenly deciding to you use another person's residency as a personal mailbox, you have your own house and should stay in your own lane. This is doxxing and intentional harrassment and more than just an inconveience, having to call up every business and explain nobody lives here with those foreign names, having to send stuff back. Filling police reports. Only to see another person and another person send some piece of crap online shopping/clothes bought with a stolen card sent to your house. The owner tells all his temporary guests to commit fraud and use address that is not theirs, that in itself breaches many tenant laws as you are suppose to provide mail box.
