get-carts.com Get Carts Stole My Money - Never Shipped Product - Demanded More Money

I ordered vaping cartridges from "Get Carts" which states they ship nationwide. They have a $200 minimum order, plus $20 shipping charge on all orders. I ordered and paid them via Zelle - so there's no way to recover the money.
They claimed they shipped the cartridge, but the shipping company was just another scam company called "AGL Delivery Service" aka "Atlas Global Logistics." If you google AGL, a couple of real companies with come up, but neither are this one. This particular delivery service sent me the following email:

After checking of package at 2400 Aviation Dr, DFW Airport, TX 75261, United State it was realized that your package has to be insured before delivery proceeds an insurance fee for your package has not been paid. The inspection and insurance fee for your package is $200.
The package has to be insured before shipment proceeds. this money serves the purpose of insurance charges which shall be 89% refundable upon delivery at your address at 2209 Pinnacle Ln Flower Mound, TX 75028.
NOTE!
This fee also acts as coverage or back up for your package in case of any damage, custom, loss or mishandling. you are refunded fully (insurance charges and package content) after making payments kindly send to us a scanned copy of the payment receipt for confirmation. once the refundable insurance is confirmed through our accounting department your full detailed tracking schedule will be updated and you will get a notification mail from us to you we await to read from you asap.
When I emailed the seller, Get Carts, they suddenly ghosted me. Shocker. Neither Get Carts, nor AGL Delivery Service is a real company. Please avoid the same $230 mistake I just made
