Fidelity and Gurantee annuity Sold me a product that was not in my best interest for a senior DE Moines IOWA
I purchased two annuities ain the total amount of 350 thousand dollars in the year of 2012 and the representative that was an independent contractor did not help me understand that when I annuitze the annuities it becomes inrrevocable and I only get disberment payments for 12.5 years at 1 percent. it was misleading to me. The company finally let me add my husband as a co owner on the policys. I requested to have these annuties belong to our trust and they would not transfer the annuities and continued to disperse the funds into our trust account until my late husband passed away then their were options. it should have continued into the trust account and then I did the paper work and they place everything on hold for 6 months with no dispersion and I attempted to call and call and I got different representatives then I was disconnteced and then the reps stated it was under review and then I got checks in the mail even though I requested several times to do the direct deposit as before and they would not comply. I then redid paper work for the annuities to be transfered to the trust and they are now placing the acccount under review again since november of 2022.
They have sent some dispersions with no explanation to the wrong address and not the legal address as requested and are not sending the promised monthly amount. This company has placed me and my family in financail distress and misrepresent their product and i attemtped over and over to overturn the transaction and even reported to the financial division of Florida to find out that this company employs independent representatives and some are on probation for fraudlent practices and poor business practices.
I need these funds to repair my roof.
This company is not reliable and not stable and poor investment for the elderly. If they do not comply to my requests then we will have to go to court and do a legal action against them.

Bad experience!! They are full of lies and fake reviews. They stole my asset and locked my account for days. My Savior {asknetre covery} gave me the opportunity to have my asset back again successfully
