First dont believe everything you hear on the internet I changed my insuance to fast pace because of the so called positive reviews soon to find out they are mostly fake reviews. None of my reviews were ever posted they only post postive ones. I only have been in Ashland Cities location but this one should be out of business for malpractices.
They falsify your records and disability. do not give you proper care you go in for. Not just me but 3 other people I know have had major issues with this place. They are incompetent they cant get anything correct, never call you back and do their job to say at the least. They make huge mistakes and when confronted they will cut you off, blow you off and keep information from you.
You get any medications or prescriptions cut off out of spite childish behavior. They will not return your phone calls when they say they will. They do not have the intelligence to speak to their patents with respect and knowledge. If you schedule appointments for a specific person you wind up seeing someone else and tell you they are not in the office today and try to lure you to see someone else you did not request....more than once.
They will falsify your records and not do their job period. This place is unprofessional and can not be trusted. Rude people who will blow you off and try to get as many apps as posible for you to keep coming back. They make apps on the wrong days and do not fax forms they are suppose to then when you ask about it they blow you off. You will get ripped off and blown off here. We all did, even a veteran who served our country was treated like dirt. This place is sick!

Face Pace is not an insurance company they are an urgent care center. SO who is your insurance carrier?? How do they falsfy medical records and cut off prescriptions if they are an URGENT CARE center??? I am confused because this ranting of yours does not tell anything about the REAL problem you are having.
As for "Rick" If you owe the money then that is what was not covered by your insurance so I suggest you PAY them. And NO I do not work for them.

I think this whole outfit is one big scam. I have never set foot in a Fast Pace care center. As a matter of fact, there is not even one near where I live. About every 3 months or so, I get a TEXT MESSAGE telling me I owe them $134.00.
I have never got a bill of any type, just text messages. They are a very shady outfit at best, and most likely an out and out scam. I have blocked them from sending me any texts.
