Family Hone Solutions, LLC and or Ken Hallworth My name is Roy J Geilen, Sr. I had the misfortune of meeting Ken Hallworth, Vice President of Forever Home Family Solution. I doubt that he never broke the law, but what he did was unethical. He comes off as a good person, ex-Marine Corp, but definitely watch yourself and the paperwork San Antonio Florida
My name is Roy J Geilen, Sr, I am a 100% disabled Vet. I had the misfortune of meeting Ken Hallworth, Vice President of Forever Home Family Solution, LLC. His wife contacted me via telephone and asked if I still was willing to sell my home. I said I was interested, she asked how much I was considering, and I told her around $250,000.
She said fine as that was what she had figured. She then asked if her husband could take look, at it. When he arrived, he was very cordial and look the property over and said he’d like to put bid on it. I said fine. He had the contract out and presented it to me. It was for $215,000. I told him that I wanted $250.000, then he answered with we are paying all the closing cost, so that is about $225,000.
I said I need to have a minimum of $225,000 because I must have a down payment and a new house. At this time, he marked $225.000 down on the folder and said he’d have to get back with me. We executed the documents so he wouldn’t have to come back’ he said he would send the documents as soon as he got back to the office.
Well, I never received the documents till the 17th of May, when I called him and told him the purchase price was wrong, and that I wanted to cancel the contract He said he get right back with me, he never did call me back. As a matter fact I called him several more times and, in every case, he always told me he would get right back with me, he never did until the time for cancelation was over, at which time told me we have a contract.
I doubt that he never broke the law, but what he did was unethical. He comes off as a good person, ex-Marine Corp, but definitely watch yourself and the paperwork
