We booked and paid for two rooms at Hampton Inn through hotels.com. At check in this past saturday our booking was not acknowledged, our money has not been refunded and they haven't explained or apologized.
The hotel said hotels.com cancelled the reservation, Hotels.com says the hotel cancelled the reservation and neither one is acknowledging our situation.
They didn't offer a room or a refund and hotels.com is withholding our money for 10 business days. Repeated calls, emails, messages on Twitter and Facebook are not being answered. We paid for two rooms and the hotel did not acknowledge our paid reservation. No refund, no alternative.

You know how to use a phone and computer. Therefore, you look up the name of the hotel and YOU CALL THEM and make your own reservation! Is that so hard to do??? These third party places look for reasons to not provide a refund! NONE OF THEM ARE ANY GOOD and NOBODY needs to go thru them to do anything you can do for yourself!
