Phyllis Rodriguez They charged for the entire stay before I even checked in to the hotel. Also, slipped in a service charge. Durham New Hampshire
The company somehow popped up when i clicked on "Reservations" on the Holiday Inn website. Then they charged the total to my credit card. I find that disturbing since you are usually not actually charged until you check out of the hotel.

reservations.com Typed in Marriott Reservations and Reservation.com popped up appearing to be Marriott.Given same price as Marriott, but when sent the invoice it was 50% higher. Could not cancel reservation even though a week before.
