I have now written about 9 emails and 3 tickets, and the third time they responded, but guess what? Well it wouldn't be Epic if they didn't ignore you, after that matter they sent an email, but I did not notice it, and neither did I notice the response.

There was a message they wrote about my ticket getting closed, so I replied so they would reopen it, but of course, they didn't, only after writing to the original "Re:" did they send me an email regarding no longer monitoring email support, like what the duck! They also made a change to the site from the better design which ASKED you if your account was compromised and if it was you could fill out the support form without logging in, but they've removed that feature, and nobody was told about it nor knew about it. I searched far and wide and found nothing, countless Reddit posts that now only redirect to the main support page which only has the menu for a ticket when you're logged in, but I can't log in, and if I choose that option, I get greeted with a "You can only change your email, but you must provide your CURRENT email & display/user name" Well how the DUCK, am I supposed to know that if he hacked me!

He won't just tell me it will he? TL: DR Epic Games Customer support is good for nothing!

Recommendation: Do not bother to send an email, they won't respond anymore!

Monetary Loss: $250.

Preferred solution: My account back.
