Duvely Store do not honor returns Springfield Gardens New York

I bought an item which did not fit. I emailed Duvely and asked for a refund on an item I paid $30 for and asked them to provide return instructions. They refused to refund me on a simple mesh shade for my SUV. This is unheard of nowadays...and I didn't see anything in their advertisement which indicated NO RETURNS. Do not buy from this store. It's a 'keep the money and to hell with the customer" kind of service.
