I completey feel that this company is 100% FRAUDULANT!!! I started an IMEI carrier unlock with them on April 5, 2019 and was told (by online information) that the unlock generally takes 30-45 days. It is now August 21, 2019 (138 days later) and my phone is STILL NOT UNLOCKED!! The service cost me almost $150 USD!!!
The worst part of it is, I have made MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS to contact them for an update and to also try getting a refund, and have NEVER heard back from them! To make matters worse, you CAN"T CALL THEM and you can ONLY EMAIL THEM! The email goes to an account that obviously isn't checked!...
This place will TAKE YOUR MONEY and do NOTHING for your phone! If you try to contact them for an update, no one will get back to you! Don't be fooled by a fancy looking website because THEY ARE CROOKS that ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY and WILL NOT HELP YOU!!!
