Cos Store Cos Stores Employs Peeping TOMS’s! New York NY
I visited your store last Thursday; while trying on a garment, two staff members, a young man and a woman, were in the fitting area, almost busting through the wall tinkering with something. I am transgender, and I had tight-fitted pants on; the male staff member looked right at my crotch area and just fixated on it; now it was so much so that others looked as well, and I felt mortified and hugely embarrassed. I left my garment, not before expressing my contempt; the male who said his name was "Joe" (after I demanded it) was a younger Hispanic man with black and grey hair, very creepy looking, and very snippy. The female was a bit more conservative and smiled nervously, but I have never been so embarrassed in my entire life. I have shopped at your stores all over France, but I never plan to return or spend another nickel unless corrective action is taken against this "watcher." I come to shop high fashion and buy something elegant, not to be the subject of wandering eyeballs. I want immediate action taken; this violates my privacy and the rights afforded me by the mall you rent from Westfield Malls
