Complaint Review: COPE Community Services Mesquite Integrated Care Clinic - Tucson Arizona

This institution has finessed giving bad service, making clients request multiple times, wrongly transfering calls, taking lunch and other breaks and having clients what for hours and come into the office because of impossible phone service.  Tragically, American hubris and really bad service attitutes also see non-assigned personel taking advantage of clients, behaving like they have a right to hear personal information from female perscription staff on break just for their own romantic and social interest, including telling story of their break up and child care needs for practice.

If you don't have a mental condition when entering this facility, you will when you leave if you actually happen to need service and can't afford to spend your life making at least three attempts to make appointments before actually getting one.  COVID has become patent excuse for ludicrously bad service particularly in America - I cannot write this without hearing staff objecting at every sentence fregment and thought.  This is an institution of utter bastards, shear demonic and patently Satanic evil.

Previously another case worker gave me patently illegal advice regarding Trust, funds recieved and inheritance, that I related to the Social Security Administration when it was open.  If I would have taken this advice from a Master's Graduate who teaches at Pima Community College I would have been subject to fines and a two year prison term for not reporting funds from my family estate to Social Security and stopping payment from Disability.

Clients are abused, mis-treated and subject to any whim of having to make repeat efforts to utterly ignorant and unqualified service, ignorant of the laws and rules of recieving food stamps, reporting funds to Social Security, and legal affairs and counsel for recieving legal help in Wills, Trusts and Estates.  This legal help, plus help in obtaining transportation and food is much more critical to patient health and well being, along with jobs, than those in the profession and out of it imagine.  I managed to live in four different nations and, as a Stanford graduate who in fact has three full college and university degrees, advised the President of the United States AND Kim Jong-Un of North Korea and the entire nation of Israel, the United Arab Emirates and the press in Arabic, Hebrew, French and English and Korean and the Abraham Accords and nuclear peace and change of attitude of Kim Jong-Un was part of the result - the greatest peace agreements of this century in fact.

Yes, the ludicrous bad service of only on health and mental health organization makes the difference between that and being utterly poor, unable to get work for fear of losing Social Security immediately upon getting a single paycheck, and failing Trust and Inheritance Requirements because the institution remains incapable of getting medical records in a timely fashion, and is sometimes sexist and completely prejudiced in addition.

Hospitals, police and detective, as well as attorney, decide that after time limits have expired, the court no longer has the same obligation to Trust Estates, which are not entitled to potential free legal help as Estates left in Wills, and so a month's delay means not having your case respected in a court and entirely losing inheritance to attorney who have no conception of not having enough funds to rent an apartment and afford gas, insurance and licensing for a motor vehicle.

Again, most tragically and truly, if you do not have a temper and medical condition or mental problems before attending COPE, RISE and other state and university areas, the institutions are sure to give you one by insult, bad service and complete unprofessionalism and ignorance - and completely wrongly and illegally relate personal client information as you get taken advantage of bored techs trying out socially using clients for personal relationships.  Like prosecuting case of sexual harassment from low-paying jobs, getting help for this is less than problematical - it's impossible.

This kind of rudeness, unprofessionalism and adversarial pride ruined America and the world, have no doubt, and experiencing it is worse than I may relate.  This is a nation and industry that fell to evil and dishonesty when it was created, and a disgrace to intelligence and the peoples of the world, not only in health and mental health, in care, honestly, compassion, kindness and professionalism.  America has become a juvenile disgrace to all peoples because of it, and remains so, tragedy for the professions of education, medical and mental health services.

Look, it's been over 2000 years since what is called a miracle is making people clean of spirits, and humans still cannot tell the difference between this and an allergy.  It would be convenient to advise avoiding the mental health, and in fact police, detective and government/enforcement services at all and any cost, however that ends up meaning utter poverty potentially.

At RISE community service (the story is worse than I may relate for CLASSIFIED reasons internationally) I was told by the female gutter snipe of a counselor that my emotions did not matter and were not sincere/real compared to the other classmates while discussing rape and sexual abuse of Tucson Police Officers, as related to me separately by three women.  This includes unconsentual sex with an underage female by a Tucson Police Detective.  My case is that the unprofessionalism, prejudice and bad judgement of staff promotes crime and in fact felony and severely shortened lives.
