I live at Vista Del Valle Apartments in Las Vegas with my 95 year old Mother for over 10 years since January 2012.  I have all my Rent Receipts and I always pay my rent on time in Full and I am never late and I have never made any Partial payments.  I have never paid Conservice nothing, no partial payments or nothing. 

I recently discovered that my Manager, Eric Koenigsberg, has been putting False and Fraudulent Charges and Fees on my Pinnacle Ledger for over 7 years, since he came here in December 2014, lying saying I paid my rent late or even not at all.  Since December 2019, my rent is Automatically, Electronically taken out of my Bank and paid directly to Pinnacle Property Management on the 3rd of each month.  I have until the 5th of the month to pay rent, not the 1st.  

Conservice is nothing but a Scamming Racket claiming to be a utility company working with the Greedy Landlords across different states cheating Tenants and Renters out of $Thousands of $Dollars a month making them pay 3,5 10 times more over again for what they already pay for included in the rent.  Conservice's partner is Progress Residential which is owned by Pretium Resources.  All 3 are Shady companies working with the Landlords.  They must have the Landlords working with them in order to pull the Scheme off because they are nothing without the Landlords. 

This is how the Conservice Scam starts:  The Landlord says they have new ownership and now they have to use Conservice.  Then they send all the tenants' information, their lease, telephone number, social security numbers, date of birth, etc., to Conservice.    Conservice writes it out on their letterhead in the form of a bill. (a pie chart with $Dollar amounts on the side), and sends it to the tenants.  The landlord says it's in your lease and you better pay Conservice whatever they say or else we'll evict you.

The Managers at Vista Del Valle Apartments in Las Vegas, (Eric Koenigsberg and Mary Morgan) said there's no more Pinnacle Property Management in the country and Pinnacle is gone since January 1, 2021 and Pinnacle has nothing to do with Vista Del Valle Apartments anymore and Cushman & Wakefield owns everything they said now that's why you have to give $Hundreds of $Dollars a month to Conservice, (A Scamming Fake Utility outfit in Utah). 

That's a lie because Pinnacle is alive and well and still owns Vista Del Valle Apartments in Las Vegas, Nevada.   That's the lie the Vista Del Valle Apartments Managers told me when I went in the office around 4:30 pm on June 30, 2021, (one (1) day before my new 1 year Lease was to start on July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022.  They broke the "Chapter 118A Nevada Law on Rent Increases Renewals which states: 

"A Landlord must give the Tenant 45 Days Written Notice Of the Intended Increase Prior to the First Rental Payment Being Due."  I got No Notice about any Conservice (A Scamming Fake lutility Racket).

They wrote me the letter on May 14, 2021, that my new Rent increase one (1) year Lease starting July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 will be $935.00 a month and that was the Proper 45 Day Rent Renewal Notice Procedure.    They, Eric Koenigsberg and Mary Morgan Broke The Law!   I should have gotten a 45 day Notice on any and all rent Increases not a one (1) day Verbal Oral notice which is Not Enforceable.   

They kept harassing me and my 95 year old Mother for nearly a year.  There was a court date that I knew nothing about on 4/13/22 and a hearing on 4/18/22, then by default and since I wasn't there and they Deceived the Judge and kept pertinent important papers away from the Judge and told so many lies, the court gave the eviction, but since then, I went to the court date on June 8, 2022, and the Judge dismissed their pack of lies and said I don't have to pay the Scam Conservice.   The manager is still lying saying I haven't paid my rent and he knows my rent is Automatically paid on the 3rd of each month.  I have all my proof of everthing I am saying.

Conservice is not an accredited company.  They have Attorney General in Texas, Arizona, etc looking into their practices, just look into The Rip Off Reports, USA Complaints, Reddit, Trustpilot, etc.  They are not even in Las Vegas.  They're in Utah and billing tenants Fraudulently for water, etc.  The water and utilities come from the Las Vegas Valley Water District and NV Energy. 

Conservice doesn't supply Vista Del Valle Apartments with nothing, there's no Conservice meter here, no kilowatts, no kilometers, no Conservice person to come out to check nothing.  It's just a Scam terrible Theiving Scam between the Landlord and Conservice to cheat the tenants.  Oh, and there's more.  This is just the tip of the iceberg.
