found him on the internet he had all the right credentials and seamed very laget , gave me an estimate on a flat roof that was fair so I hired him and gave half down $2.500 then he went to a building I own in Dennison that was an insurance job and sent an estimate to them.
When it was okayed they sent me a check and I split it in two cashiers checks and gave him $10.000 to start that job. This was while we were getting rain every week so when he keep putting me off I understood but 3 months and a lot of very nice days and still no work and he won’t refund my money so I can get a real roofer , and seeing this lets me know I have been scammed.
Hopefully someone can do something about this guy to keep him from doing this to others.

Interesting - the picture you posted. This man quoted for me and used the name carl cushman - dirty dirty roofing. His location of business seems to change frequently - was listed at 1128 Camden Ave SW Canton Ohio 44706.
He took the deposit and has NOT performed any work in 30 days after many calls. Still no deposit return. Total Fraud and Total waste of time!

He has a long reputation of taking a deposit with no intention of doing the work. He hides behind several different companies and phone numbers ! Scam - beware.

I have an idea , quit getting on here and lying pay me back the money you took to do a job that you never did that I gave you over three months to do until I finally fired you and hired a real company who asked for no money down did the job in less than a week and I handed them a check the day they were finished because they were a real company unlike you.
you lied to me over and over and over that you were going to come do the job then you lied to me over and over and over they were gonna give me my money back out of an insurance claim from a wrecked truck you still have my money which makes you a liar and a thief.
you can easily end all this pay back the money you took from me, if you have the big roofing company that you say you do $12,500 should be nothing to a big roofing company just pay me back so I can pay off the loan I had to take to cover the money you stole from me and will be done it.
you're getting on here and trying to justify yourself does nothing but make you look stupid people can see this and they can also see the other people in here that you ripped off so pay me or just shut up and and keep looking for your next victim, and if there happens to be any attorneys in the Canton area that want to take the case please feel free.
you can contact me at Alpa lanes in Uhrichsville Ohio , I would love to see this guy get what he deserves ,

What difference does it make insurance job or a job I hired u to do ??? U make no sense u took 12,500 dollars from me and did no work , I didn't fire u for over 3 months after I gave u money, u guaranteed both jobs done within two weeks1
I didn't fire u for 3 months, u not only owe me my 12,500 but for water damage for 3 months before I hired a real company that put a new roof on in one day , u are a liar and a thief and I hope this helps someone from hiring you and getting ripped off ,

This was an INSURANCE CLAIM and IN NO WAY DID THE COMPLANTIANT GET RIPPED OFF. After receiving the insurance money that we negotiated for the THE CUSTOMER FIRED US. There were two projects. The other was not a claim and as stated the customer would not allow us to finish.
