Chris Baird who uses an alias of Chris Carter falsely displayed himself and company Equity Trust as a contractor in States of Washington and Orgeon flipping houses yet had no coverage for "employees" while working on job sites and never pulled permits necessary for safety inspections. Exposing working to hazardous environments.
While workers deemed as "subs" were actually employees with no workers comp or coverage as necessary for States such as Washington and Oregon. Man runs a multi million dollar operation under wraps and uses deceit as his main source of leverage.
