An explained text is attached. This is a horrible truth, and a travesty. It just about killed the poor Mother, and the motive ? Money. They wanted the money the Mother was just getting for the child in SS and Veterans. What a shameful way for a court to allow this kind of thing to happen. The case was moved back to Alabama, then lower court there did nothing, covid happened.
After thousands of dollars an appeal filed, remanded back, still no visitiation and lost everything. None of the lies were proven. Now, NO child, No hope and No visit... How could can a court and family be ? Civil rights ? haha Family respect ? Not a chance.. Lawyers and Judges, took all they could and got ZERO from it....
