Central Dispatch / centraldispatch.com Zero Customer Service Screwed Every Day By their Broken Software - ZERO Customer Service - A Joke to work with these jacka*s people. Chicago IL
Central Dispatch also known as www.centraldispatch.com is the main load board for the auto transport industry. The site has not been updated in 10 years. It sucks. It is falling apart. They have no people that are smart enough to fix all the website coding errors so the site is never fixed. A joke! Cox Automotive is a joke. They screw up everything they touch. They buyout websites and then provide zero customer service for those who require use of these sites to conduct business.
Whoever is the top manager that has all the oversight of CentralDispatch.com should be fired. He's an idiot. Every customer that uses the site is seeking another solution. We hate you centraldispatch.com. You have screwed your customer base for years. When a new site is starting to be developed you make a huge purchase and pay for the start up to stop trying to compete against you but then you leave your site in the same crappy condition year after year. You do not even talk to your customers. You put some flunky min. wage idiot in a cubicle to tell all of your customers in a nice way.... F*CK YOU. Nothing gets fixed. YOU DON'T CARE and you make it PAINFULLY CLEAR YOU DON'T CARE.
F*ck you Cox Automotive for f*cking with the Auto Transport industry and hurting 12,500 carriers and 4000 plus brokers with your broken piece of crap website that has tons of glitches and never gets fixed. YOU SUCK.
This crap has been going on for over 4 years. Thousands of complaints from every client and they still can't spend the money to fix the crap website that all truckers and brokers need to conduct business. It is a monopoly. They own it. They screw their customers every day with the way they run and hide. If I ever run into a high level manager of Cox Automotive I will go to jail for the rest of my life.
Note to Cox Automotive Employees. Don't put Cox Automotive or any of their subsidiary company names on your resume. Everyone knows you people are assholes. It will not be looked at as a positive to have this on your resume. Act like you give a crap and fix your screwed up dispatch site jerks.
