Regarding:  Very Serious Complaint

I have one (1) of their SkyMall Gift Cards in the amount of $185.00 in which I had contacted their Horrible Customer Service Department Today which was back on Tuesday, May 16th, 2023 and the lady Refused to give ME my Money Back in the form of a check and/or to allow ME to use the Gift Card for something else which is Nothing, But Complete Fraud On Their  Part!

I personally do NOT care what happened with the Older Company Vs. The Newer Company because online They Are Still Using The SkyMall Name and on the wikipedia, They are also Still In Business Under The SkyMall Name and In Addition:  Are Illegally Keeping My Money!

In Addition:  When They Took Over Skymall, They Also Took Over Their Debts And Are Legally Responsible For Paying Their Present Unpaid Debts, Including My SkyMall Gift Card, Plus My Court Costs In Which They Have In Their Presence!

Moving Right Along:  I am going to make this Very Simple!

If They Do NOT Give Me My d**n Money Back For This Legitimate And Legal SkyMall Gift Card, then I am Going To Small Claims Court To Sue Them For The $185.00 Dollars, Plus Court Costs, Plus, I Am Publishing Negative Reviews On Social Media To Let Everybody Know What They Did With My Money And What Kind Of A Company They Actually Are Which Is What I Am Doing Right Now!

As A Reminder, According To The Wikipedia, Their SkyMall Company Still Exists And I Took A Picture Of It To Show The Judge In Court If I Have To Go That Route!

Moving Right Along:  I have a 0.00% Tolerance For Any Company Trying To Steal and/or Hold My Money, Period and C&A Marketing (SkyMall) Is NO Exception!

Back ON:  Monday, October 30th, 2023, I received an email from Mr. Shimon Kremer, Payroll Manager from C&A Marketing (SkyMall) Cellular:  (847) 837-8570 & (818) 244-2147 & [email protected] asking ME to call him back and I did and he admitted to receiving my Small Claims Court Paperwork And Complaint, however, he had No Interest In Working This Out!     He is Just Another Thief From The Company and Supposedly This Company Is Religious and If They Are So Religious, Then How Come They Illegally Stole Money From ME And Never Gave It Back is the Question?

In The Old Testament In The 10 Commandments It Clearly States The Following:

Thou Shalt Not Steal!

I Guess This Company Is An Exception To The Rule!
