BUY-TECH.NET Sold a falsely advertised robotic vacuum Vernon California
I purchased a robotic vacuum online through Buy Tech. I thought it was a heavy-duty electronic vacum, but the actual item was a light-weight round "vacuum", with two brushes on the side and one compartment that holds 2 AA batteries. It doesn't clean, picks up only a minor amount of dirt/debris.
I found the company name on my credit care statement. It has BuyTech.net, which is a gaming website, it doesn't sell products. I asked the credit card company to do a stop payment, but they didn't.
I looked up the address and found that the product came out of a warehouse in Vernon CA. I contacted Better Business Bureau via email, 07 Dec 2021, to see if they can help get me a reimbursement.
I also filed a report on this website to bring this company to their fradulent practice and hopefully I can get my money returned.
