I placed an order for 6 bottles of KetoBurnAm capsules. The internet ad appeared to indicate that if I ordered 3 bottles, I would get an additional 3 bottles "Free." That purchase should have resulted in a charge to my card of $99.50. Instead, I got a charge for $199.50! I called Customer Service and told them I felt I had been overcharged. They told me that the ad indicated a "per bottle charge" of $33.25 -- meaning that the more you order, the less each bottle costs you. I told them the ad was still deceptive and to cancel my order. They offered to refund 50% -- $99.50. I said OK and I received the six bottles about a week later.
After opening the first bottle and taking the capsules as directed for about a week, I was not noticing ANY difference whatsoever -- no extra energy, no weight loss, nada! I took a good look at the label and discovered that all I had really gotten was six bottles of very expensive vitamins!!! There was absolutely no "propriety blend" of ingredients, nothing that would cause my body to enter into ketosis, as described and promised. Mosts other keto products contain something called BHB -- there was nothing even remotely similar to that in these bottles!
I emailed Customer Service and told them I wanted to return the six bottles for a refund of the remaining $99.50. That's when they told me that ALL six bottles had to be "sealed" as originally received -- which is not what their guarantee states!!! It said that the product simply needed to be returned within 90 days for a full money-back guarantee! I received an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number a few days later with specific instructions for returning the product. The return address was a P.O. Box, not a bonafide street address. I sent the bottles back (in the original packaging) via the USPS Priority Mail, with a tracking number. I received confirmation from the USPS that the package had been "picked up at the Post Office by a company representative" about 4 days later.
After a week went by, I started emailing the company about my refund. It has now been almost a month since it was confirmed that the product was returned to them but all they keep telling me is that "the refund will be issued after it has been confirmed by our warehouse as being received." I keep telling them that it was picked up by someone from their company almost a month ago. They just keep saying the same thing -- "We have not yet received confirmation from our warehouse."
I am now of the opinion that they will never refund my money and that this company is totally a SCAM!!! Beware!!! If I could give them less than 1 star, I certainly would!

I have now found several other reputable sites that also sell Keto Burn AM capsules -- one of which is Walmart! They are offering the capsules at the price of $27.95 for a two-pack!! That translates to only $83.85 for six bottles -- not the $199.50 I was charged!!! In addition, when reading the label of the capsules Walmart is offering, you will find the following ingredients:
800 mg of a proprietary blend of beta-hydroxybutyrate
Apple Cider Vinegar
Green Tea
Macadamia Nut Oil 70% on Tapioca
No vitamins which were the only things listed on the label of the bottles I had received!
