Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

BCA is a paid service and is not cheap, with their premium membership around $2,000 for the annual package.  The trading services are provided by a single individual, the owner, however, depending on when you joined, he was either a one-man shop or had created some kind of support team to take care of the administrative tasks.

The main problems with BCA are as follows:

The regular abuse and highly unprofessional and aggressive behavior exhibited by the owner.  He has paying customers, yet when they ask too many questions or worse yet, when they try to express an opinion that differs from the owners, or the very worst is when highly experienced and extremely talented members offer their help to members when requested by said member... this is when accusations, threats, harsh language, immature language and rage occur too too often... and in both verbal (when the Live Video Trading Room is open) and/or via the Live Chat Room.

There is very often a feeling you are dealing with a man-child that has never learned how to treat paying customers and the all too frequent paranoia about members trying to steal business away.  It appears that many chat comments that do not meet some arbitrary threshhold, get deleted.  Additionally, when members request refunds, they are strongly abused and in an environment where everyone can see.

One highly disturbing constant is the far too detailed sharing of the owners personal life, including, but not limited to: marriage issues, insane spending habits, what appears to be a self-destructive eating disorder, businesses/hobbies that have nothing to do with trading, etc...

The services provided are not as advertised, with the biggest and easiest item to point to is the TRADE CHALLENGE 2020!  This had a multi-month delay and was a total dissaster from the start. Once the one or two trades were failing at a high level, almost all mention of this service, which was THE primary selling point for new members ("Want to turn $5000 into $50000 in one month like I did?") stopped.

The owner also seemed to hide trades from his members every once in a while, and part of the service was that ALL trades were to be shared.

Lastly, the owner refers to his "Trade Plan" which basically covers when to get into a trade and when to get out.  However, even though the Trade Plan specifically states to get out of losing trades somewhere near 20-30% losses, the owner will hold trades (and remember, the paying members follow the owners trading system and personal recommendations) sometimes as far as 80-90% losses.  The owner's account has a very high balance, which allows him to easily absorb these kinds of losses, but many new members have small accounts where a 80% loss is devestating.

There are many trading services available that have a better success rate and without a doubt, NONE of the other services treat their members with this level of unprofessionalism.
