Brandsmart Will not honor warranty. Send workmen to home that cannot communicate English and appliance still not working. 2 years old and broken after 1 year Miami Florida, USA
I purchased a Whirlpool stove in Sept of 2019. Less than a year after purchase the oven completely stopped working. I called CSR because I had purchased and extended warranty. A repair man was sent, but he spoke NO ENGLISH. Needless to say he did not fix the problem, err still on stove and it does not work. I really think (my opinion) Brandsmart sells refurbished merchandise.
