Tells the customer you need to give a 250$ deposit and then when you bring back the car she is no where to be seen. Has her employee come in instead and tell us we will be refunded the deposit in 5-7 days but then sends you an email saying your deposit is not refundable. I worked for Brittany, or "Bella" (whatever she calls herself) for the last 2 weeks. She shorted me $20 for my first week and when I mentioned it, she tried to tell me I took breaks that I never took...mind you, I had given some money back as she had overpaid me while doing the math incorrectly (which was just me being honest). So when I mentioned the $20 short, and she told me she had to "look at the cameras and I don't have time for this", I told her that I will just go now. She followed me up front and began raging, threatening to "beat my muhthufuhkin a*s" and that I needed to leave. I told her I was leaving (as I was gathering my belongings) and she continued to follow and threaten me all the way to the street...telling me "you ain't getting any of your money now you broke B****" as I walked to my car. She then kept calling and texting my phone, threatening some more and sent me pictures of MY Social Security card and ID (making it known that she has my personal information---which I consider another threat). This woman is unhinged, often throwing things around her office, yelling and screaming at her employees (I have proof). She also talks smack about her customers. STAY AWAY FROM "BELLA BO"/BRITTANY/BELLA SHANEL....She has major issues, needs mental help and does not care about ANYONE OR ANYTHING EXCEPT MONEY. She WILL take your money and then tell you its "non-refundable" after the fact.
