Blasting Direct I bought a sandblasting tool from them online for $175. They charged my credit card and have not shipped the item. Osyka MS
I ordered a sand blasting tool from Blastingdirect.com on 7/31/19. They emailed me a receipt and said my order number was 240 and the item was shipping. But no tracking info was ever provided. After 3 weeks of no item or contact, I called the phone number on their website. I got a recording so I left a message to please call me with info on my item. Nothing .
I have since called them and left 8 more messages over about 2 weeks. I have also sent them an email. Nothing. I cannot get any sort of reply or refund from these people. I have since bought a similar product from someone else. It arrived in 3 days. I know $175 isn’t the end of the world but it isn’t nothing.
If it was an honest mistake on their end then I’m sure that they would respond to at least one of my 8 phone calls or email. So this makes me believe that this is a scam and people should beware, or lose their hard earned money as I lost mine. Their website states that they are located in Osyka MS. Has anyone had any dealing with these people?
