My 12-year old son saved almost $90 to buy a computer keyboard case and we purchased this from Banggood on June 4, 2020. We have still not received this item. I've made contact with the company through five emails explaining that the product has not arrived and they say it has even though their own website indicates it has only made it to Nevada.
They say they want proof from my postal carrier that it was not delivered. I'm not sure how one could even do that, but clearly their own records show it was only delivered as far as Nevada while I live in Rhode Island. I've asked for a full refund several times, but they have not complied. It is now late October and my son is without the item or a refund.
