this place is a joke. it was run by ronica alexander a lying thoef who they either fired or sent to run another clinic into the ground.
i had a plan for my cat and one day he needed help.
i went to banfiled and wanted to just get some chest rads to see whats was up but instead lazy a*s Dr was on lunch so sent me to ER. I spent like 2500 ther eto be sent home with my dying cat i then had to go into banfiled the next day to put down.
They also charged me.
These POS stool my money and the last day I had on earth with my best friend. He was there through cancer and divorce but now nothing thanks to these as*holes.
Er said couyld have been saved if Dr had acted earlier but no.
I noticed when i was there an IV setup backwards? like how bad to you have to be to do that? It is because they hire right out of school Drs and techs, no clue or empathy just want money for there corprate masters.
Avoid this ripoff place and if you do not beleive me just look at the reviews
