I purchased a power kite from Mr. Antonio Legare B, but he never delivered it.
In my apartment complex, Aqua Flamingos, in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico, I first met Antonio. He persuaded me to try kitesurfing because he is an expert in the activity and had been nagging me to do so for a while. He assured me that he would take care of getting the kite and any other equipment I would need.
He informed me that the equipment cost $957, so I gave him that sum of money and gave him my phone number so he could get in touch with me once the item had been delivered. After a week, I made the decision to get in touch with Antonio to ask about the kite, but he didn't respond.
I tried again the following days, but the line was constantly busy. After three additional days, I finally ran into him outside the apartment complex. When I asked him to explain, he started to threaten me, stating that he knew influential people and that I should not report him because he would get me into serious problems.
Obviously, I never saw my money, and I never gave kiteboarding a shot. So based on my personal experience, I strongly advise avoiding such guy!

I also bought a sport equipment from Antonio and never got delivered.
I lost 750$ worth of money. I am reporting him to the authorities.
