Aliexpress I Purchased 2 smart speakers using from china merchant. They were both defective. I requested s return and refund. They took nearly a month to get back to me requesting more information and stated ibonly had 3 days to respond.
I Purchased 2 smart speakers using from china merchant. They were both defective. I requested s return and refund. They took nearly a month to get back to me requesting more information and stated ibonly had 3 days to respond. I responded in detail.
The seller did not accept my disput and explanation. said they supported the seller. So now I am out of of money with these defective smart plugs. I immediately closed my account and will stick with Ebay and Amazon.
