Advance Travel Network charged me $1400 to list and sell my time share rentals with guaranteed money back within 180 days/After 2 years there were no sales no contacts to me and no refund after having been promised a refund by several reps Lake Mary Florida
I was called around Oct 20, 2022 to sign up with Advance Travel Network for them to rent my timeshare properties with a guaranteed return on my money within 60 to 90 days. I paid $1499.00. I told them I could not afford this and the rep absolutely guaranteed I would get my money back and and probably much more within 90 days. I would be emailed or called to check to see if my properties were available. I was emailed one time and one time only for properties that were not avail.
That was the ONLY time I was contacted. I started calling the - 1st call on Feb 1, 2023 and got Alex Stanley who said it was just taking time and should happen in time. nothing - no communication. 2nd call on May 8, 2023 - I got rep Stephanie and asked for a refund - she gave me the runaround and transferred me to rep Maureen (supposesdly a supervisor) and rep Maureen said I would get a refund at the year date if nothing sold or rented.
Fast forward to today April 5, 2024 (6 months past the year mark), I called again and asked for a refund and was given the run around once again (Oh we are really trying to get your properties rented - "we just need some time and we are extending the dates to try". I asked for a supervisor and she said one would call me later which has not happened.
This company - Advance Travel Network- is a complete SCAM - the customer service reps are complete liars - making promises that are not true - I absolutely would not have signed up for this farce if the rep had not told me he absolutely guaranteed my money back within 90 days. They need to be put out of business and I would like to see a class action suit against them.

If this slime was so, so sure you would get rentals, why would they require you to PAY IN ADVANCE??? The time share industry is FULL of trashy people. It is next to impossible to get rid of a used time share. They go for PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR because time shares are an extremely BAD DEAL...always were, always will! Do you get paid in advance from your employer?
