Adobe Creative Cloud Services Adobe.com I cancelled my subscription last fall, They stopped billing me and then auto renewed the account without my consent Lehi UT
Thier billing services will charge your account if you do not follow a very misleading process to stop them. They even have a pending deduction on my bank account and would not refund it and will only stop at next billing cycle. Their online agents are using scripts and are actually pretty uneducated and useless.
They will state you agreed to do this form of enrollment which is deceptive and even if you cancel the service, they auto renew it and were charging me 52.99 for a 39.99 monthly subscription which they claim is because I cancelled the previous subscription. This is out and out theft by deception.
