I disputed this with my credit card and they ruled in my favor, but they just write it off and Ruby Lab's LLC Able App still gets the money. Look are the critical reviews on Google by people who do not manufacture positive reviews that are fake.
I never received an email, I never agreed to a subscription, there was not active subscription on the application, and not active or Trial in Google play. This is not an enforceable contract. Dispute with your credit care company. Conartist- even if you try to cancel before the trial that you did not know about , they charge you and say they cannot help you because you used the app- when all you were trying to do was cancel. This is an awful SCAM. Stay away.
I filed a complaint with Google Play and the WA State AG office. Try calling 646 810 5749 and leave a voicemail because they do not answer. this was the phone # given by the VISA fraud department. ableapp.com
