I FIND SEARS HOMESERVICES TO BE POOR...I BOUGHT A TOP OF THE LINE TILLER  AND IT FAILED AT THE FIRST OF THE SECOND SEASON. CALLED...2WEEKS FOR FIRST APPOINTMENT...REPAIRMAN FOUND THE BELT OFF AND BENT DOWN TWO GUIDES TO REPAIR THE MACHINE... HE WENT TO TEST THE UNIT AND BROKE THE PULL ROPE...HAD TO ORDER THE PART, PART BACKORDERED (A PULL ROPE) OVER 10 DAYS TO RECEIVE THE PART. CALLED FOR AN APPOINTMENT TO PUT ON THE PULLROPE...2 WEEKS FOR NEXT APPOINTMENT...REPAIRMAN CAME OUT, VERY NICE PUT ON THE PULL ROPE UNIT, SHOWED ME HOW TO REINSTALL THE BELT. WANTED ME TO PAY 135.00 FOR AN EXTENDED WARRANTY(I DECLINED) USED THE TILLER 1 HOUR, BROKE AGAIN...BELT OFF PULLY  AND A SMALL CLUTCH SPRING BROKEN.

CALLED PARTS TO ORDER A NEW BELT AND SPRING... MADE A NEW APPOINTMENT... THIS TIME THE COULD BE HERE IN 5 DAYS...I HAD TO CANCEL APPOINTMENT DUE THE PARTS WOULD NOT ARRIVE IN TIME  FOR REPAIRMAN TO INSTALL...6 DAYS BELT ARRIVES I CALLED FOR A NEW APPOINTMENT... YES TWO WEEKS MORE. I CALLED PARTS TO SEE WHEN MY SPRING WOULD ARRIVE ONLY TO HEAR THAT THE REPAIRMAN WOULD HAVE TO ORDER THE SPRING. SO FAR MY TILLER HAS BEEN OUT OF COMMISION FOR TWO MONTHS AND NO TELLING HOW MUCH MORE WHILE I WAIT FOR THE SPRING AND A NEW APPOINTMENT FOR THE COMPANY REPAIRMAN. THIS IS ALMOST THE WHOLE GARDENING SEASON THAT I HAVE MISSED AND THEY REALLY WANT ME TO BUY MORE WARRANTY FROM THEM?
