Nano Hearing Aids Besides horrible customer service, they did not honor their return policy. I returned hearing aids-they didn't work for me and they would not refund my money Coppell Texas
Have contacted them many times and if I go thru, they came up with excuses and promises and nothing happened. Waiting for them to refund my money.

Heartech us.klarna.com Will not allow return of aids. Aids don'f work for my problem. Will not honor 45 day money back guaranty. Still charging my account for -payments
I contacted them by email explaining that the aids would not work in my ears. Ask for return authorization and the wrote back "We don't allow returns" and refused to refund my money.still charging my credit card $74.50 .
