Heartech us.klarna.com Will not allow return of aids. Aids don't work for my problem. Will not honor 45 day money back guaranty. Still charging my account for -payments
I contacted them by email explaining that the aids would not work in my ears. Ask for return authorization and the wrote back "We don't allow returns" and refused to refund my money.still charging my credit card $74.50 .
Have charged this amount twice already and will continue to do so two more times. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T BUY FROM THIS CRUMMY COMPANY.
