M/I Schottenstein Homes Doesn't give back deposit despite contract terms West Palm Beach Florida
My ex-husband and I built a home with this company back in the early to mid 90s. Though the contract said that if we were turned down for financing we would get our deposit back, they did not honor this and sold our home to someone else, while still keeping our deposit.
