FRONTIER COMMUNICATIONS and SPECTRUM -- AKA BrightHouse AKA - CHARTER COMMUNIATIONS SEE ABOVE Woiuldn't provide my existing ph# - first bill totally incorrect - overcharged - VERY difficult to reach a competent human agent - promised broken - constant delays in correcting their mistakes - Will not communicate in a competent manner - poorly trained uniformed agents - many many strange charges which do not make sense - LONG LONG telephone waits to speak with proper person - broken promise to correct mistakes - broken promise to communicate vital information - poor tech service - difficult hard to understand instructions given by robots - little personal attention to common courtesy - inconsistent price quotations - MANY Hidden charges
This actually a complaint on TWO telecommunications providers. One is FRONTIER COMMUNICATIONS and the other is SPECTRUM COMMUNICATIONS. I will make this report mainly on Frontier and a separate one for SPECTRUM. I had been so badly by Spectrum tat I could no longer tolerate the chea...
