Better Business Bureau - Columbia, SC Submitted a viable complaint to the BBB (renter/landlord) - would not consider complaint Columbia South Carolina
I am renting and have had to deal with roaches, mold, damage to property, landlord allowing people to come into home without notice, no hot water, etc. The list goes on and on.
I sent a letter to the BBB requesting assistance. This is the response I received:

What a joke the BBB is. Like any good consumer we went to the BBB to determine which Moving Company to use. The BBB stated that the one we were selecting was in good standing and only had a few claims against them, all of which were closed.
