Zerorez upsold our family with a song, dance and guarantee. We agreed to pay for the pet odor and stain removal upgrade in service. This cost changed our bill from $139 to $664. This company couldn't clean it right the first or second time. They refuse to refund and we got "ripped off." They are a very unethical corporation! Do not use! Get a rug doctor from the grocery store, its better! Kip, the customer service manager from Zerorez also agreed that I should have done that....no refund! You will only waste your money with this company
