Zelle Chase Bank Bank of America Zelle payment never received
A $370 Zelle payment from me to my gardener using the Chase App was never received. Chase says the transaction went through normally, BofA says they never received the money, the money did not go into my recipient's account. Zelle cannot be reached to trace the problem further. I am out $370.
