Z-Tel Comminications Inc. ripoff deceptive company Atmore Alabama
It has been ten months I have been trying to get my refund of $158 back from your company. I disconnected my phone with you last year first week of December 2001. Was given a letter stating you owed me $158.00 and the check would be sent soon. After waiting and calling your office often. I was told the check was sent out, than after waiting a few weeks called and said I never recieved a check. Than was told sorry no one ever sent it out. Well month after month I was told this and even talked to a supervisor he also said it would be sent out ASAP. My husband also called several times. Still no check. Now it is Septemeber and no refund check.
I'm very upset at your company Z-Tel Communications for the way we have been treated and no one in the department seems to get information to your accounting department so I can recieve my refund that is LONG over due.

Ms. Thebo, I sincerely regret the inconvenience you experienced and the frustration you must have with us right now. I have asked the Manager of Billing Research to check into this after reading the notes and finding that you were mailed only a partial amount of what the letter indicated you would recieve.
