My son uses x-box live and his account was suspended, a day later we received an email (which came to our spam) that just told us is was suspended, well really, at this point we were already aware. No reason, no warning no nothing. When trying to reach out to find out why, I have been given the run around and was told that I had to submit to their forum. Thankfully I have a windows phone with a different account, because if they suspend your account you can't find out any information as to why.

They have no rebuttal process and it's their word against yours, their customer service is located outside the U.S. and they simply give you a generic reason, no proof. This is a pay service and as consumers we are entitled to be given good customer service. We have had so many issues with x-box services (steaing credit card information) and to top it all off he can't even play without using live and he can't use the netflix service (which we don't even pay them for).

I had to jump through hoops just to post on their forum and I've now just sent in my third request for information and let them know how bad their customer service is, although I know they won't at all respond to any of that.

I have seen that this has happened to other people as well and it needs to stop.
