Upon purchasing my 2007 Chevy Silverado 2 months ago, I started to have an overheating issue, I contacted the dealership I bought it from who told me to concact the warranty department. Upon numerous attempts at contacting them I found a shop to take the warranty work. The shop called wynn to let them know he believed it had a blown headgasket, into which they told the shop to go ahead and break the motor down. The shop broke the motor down 2 of their inspectors come out and said yes it needs a new motor. Wynn was notified about it and was giving the approval, the next day the claim was denied. This has happened several times over the last 3 weeks they will approve it then deny it. Upon one of the inspectors being there they stated if the claim is approved Wynn always cancels the contract after repairs. When asked why it is denied, I am being told the radiator was patched poorly, myself and dealership has told them thats the way it was bought from the Auction. The owner of the carlot has tried to contact them with no luck. Upon waiting I have tried to contact them and they are extremely rude and disrespectful and when you ask to talk to the supervisor they are always busy or not there. This is by far the worst warranty company I have ever heard of. Im a disabled veteran and have appointments to go to aswell as my wife and kids. I have had to borrow rides here and there just to get to work and my kids to school. I asked if they would approve a rental care and was told no. I do not see how a compnay can charge you 2800 for a warranty they do not even provide.

Did you get an independent mechanic to inspect the vehicle before you bought it?
And as to your carrying on about taking your kids to school...ever hear of the school bus??

You correctly described the situation as you buying the "warranty" as offered and part of the deal with the car dealership. Credit Acceptance, which is a subprime deadbeat lender has NOTHING to do with this. All they did was fund the loan and no, I don't work for them.
