WYNDHAM and FRAUD

Wyndham Resorts Timeshare (aka Club Wyndham) uses misleading and high-pressure sale tactics to take advantage of people. My husband and I were misled into signing a contract with them last year in July of 2017. We have since then paid it off in full, but are unable to get out of it by refunding from the resort. The company, Wyndham refuses to offer a refund, even a portion of the amount of money that we paid to them. We were LIED to and were not given any time to fully read and understand the contract before and afterward. We NEVER use their points due to the limited availability for their various resorts.

CONDUCT RESEARCH

If you google into more information about the company you too will see all the various scams associated with Wyndham. I hope you will conduct thorough research before signing anything with this company. In fact, some people have even successfully sued Wyndham for FRAUD and have won their cases; this should be a huge RED FLAG about how the company conducts unethical business in the United States.

TOTAL COSTS:

The total cost of the timeshare itself was 20, 000, not including the maintenance fees, which are still ongoing for 73.06 per month. Clearly, Wyndham uses unethical sales tactics to lure people into purchasing fraudulent ownership deals. We were told that it was an investment. However, we literally do not own anything because it is a points system that is not considered real estate property.

WYNDHAM MISLEADS

Please be warned about this particular company. They are not ethical and are continuously misleading people into believing this is an investment that gains value. THE OWNERSHIP word should be erased permanently from the company since it really isn't anything you own other than debt. Wyndham is a SCAM and they should be sued for misleading people and for misrepresenting the true nature of the company.
