I signed up for a free pass and had to give my credit card number for id only. Well thats what i thought. The new few day i had a charge from xbillco.com for $94 on my account. I thought i misread the free pass so i let it go only to have another charge the next month for the same ammount. I will be following up this with my bank and contacting xbillco.com.

Is there anything you an do?

Not a Rip Off really

This really isnt a rip off. After you sign up for a free trial at any site you have to goto the billing company that they are using and cancel the reacuring charge. What infact they do is when you sign up for the free trial they automaticaly think you will stay as a member and set you up to get charged reacuring for the months after your trial. If you look in the terms of agreement you will see that it states this in there most likely and will tell you how to cancel it before any charges go through. I almost fell for this on one site but i check my bank statement online alot and my bank likes to post charges that have not yet been taking out of my account but are pending. So i called my bank and asked them what the charge was and they told me so i went to the billing company and canceled the reacuring charge before it charged me for the first bill and the charge that was pending on my bank account was removed and never taken out of my account.
