I first dealt with hdprojectorworld in June of 2015. An inexpensive projector was purchased. We received it very quickly. The customer service person I spoke with was very responsive! After receiving the projector and checking out the clarity, it was determined that the quality was just not there. We returned the projector, confirmed that it was received by hdprojectorworld, and awaited credit. Made numerous contacts in July, then again in September, October, and early November, 2015. In the middle of October, James, the manager asked if we wanted a credit (which I had been asking for since the return), or a check. I asked, at that time, that they provide a check thinking it might be easier for them. That was 7 weeks ago....still no check. It was only $149.00, but we are a young company and every dollar counts. It is very disappointing that I cannot get the credit owed to us. Very disappointing.
