World Advisor Solutions Advisory World Solutions National Annuity Exchange Matthew Rhodes Posed as a company that sets pre-set qualified annuity appointments Saint Charles Illinois
BEWARE: This company has changed its name many times. They used to be known as Advisory World Solutions and National Annuity Exchange. THEY ARE FAKE, I HAVE NEVER HAD A LEGITIMATE APPOINTMENT SET IN MORE THAN 3 MONTHS AND WHEN I CALL THE 'MANAGER' I GET THE MOST RUDE CONVERSTATION. I began talking to this company in early 2017 to their 'salesman' Matthew Rhodes. I engaged in many emails and phone calls with Matthew Rhodes to learn about their system, how it works and what the expectations are on each side. Their sales people are very skilled, DO NOT fall prey to them!!! I spent MONTHS asking questions, they are patient and they did not talk in circles. I requested names and phone numbers of other annuity lead customers in different states that I could talk to who could give me their personal feedback. Each person gave me their story, and it was not 'to good to be true'. They ALL said that it would require actual work. I might not get a lead for a month, but I would get enough 'good leads' that I would make money.
The service has been SOOOO bad that it began as RUDE 'in your face' type of attutude and has gotten SOOO out of hand with the way we are spoken to that I cannot even consider this company to be business men. In the past week, we have not even been able to considently get them to answer the phone. My first initial complaint sent me to 'the manager'. This JOKE OF AN INDIVIDUAL acted like I was insignificant to he or the world. I have NEVER heard from Matthew Rhodes since the day he sold me down the river.
I agreed to spend $3,500 on 60 pre-set appointments. I was assured by Matthew Rhodes that his manager would get me 10 BONUS APPOINTMENTS with my payment and that it would be a 2-week ramp-up time. He assured me that 2 advisors 'just picked up' 100 appointments for $5,000. I recall asking him why I would not just go with the lesser amount of $3,500 for 60 appointments and if it works, I can order more. He finally backed off and congratulated me on getting 60 appointments. Matthew commonly 'reminded me that I should lock-in my area before someone else does, afterall they are getting many calls.
I have attempted to get my money back, however I cannot get them to pick up the phone. IT IS PRETTY OBVIOUS that once they realize that you just want your money back, they cannot, do not or are just unable to get these manly parts of their to work properly.
So IN CONCLUSION, DO NOT, NO MATTER WHAT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS. Ask too many questions and then ask (what is in this deal for me? And why wouuld I wan this TV or whatever it is, in the future. So remember that there re key words that these people use. Just remember that pre-set appointments are not worth it financially if you have to pay for them BUT they do serve a purpose 10% of the time.

The program that World Advisory Solutions sold us on is that you will get 50 pre-set appointments for $3,500 or 100 pre-set appointments for $5,000. I spent about 6 months asking questions to their sales person who went by the name Mathew Rhodes. I have several emails from him with his and the companies' contact information showing that they are in Saint Charles, Illinois. Mr. Rhodes pitches that you need to 'get your contract signed and your check to us so we can begin your campaign'. Mr Rhodes assured me that we would have 2-3 appointments per week once we began the program, which would take about 2 weeks of 'ramping-up'. Since that time in early fall we have had what amounts to 0 'qualified appointments'. They only count an appointment as someone that you can sit down with and present to. To this point we have not presented to anyone and the few people that they did give us as appointments did not want to see anyone.
It was suggested by Mr. Rhodes manager that we were not following protocol and sending in our Friday reports to him, we were instead doing it on Sunday night. He said that if we wanted to get appointments for each week, we needed to turn in our weekly report to his office on Friday and then things would begin to change. After doing this for 3 or 4 weeks in a row, nothing changed. The calls to the manager became more and more rude. We had a multitude of people and detectives listening to the exchange with Mr Rhodes manager. It was extremely unprofessional the way we were spoken to. It was as if we were 'bothering him' with our questions and concerns. In November 2017 it was suggested by World Advisory Solutions that perhaps we needed to change the demographic that we were mailing to. We changed the zip codes and increased the net worth values. They told us it would take several weeks to 'ramp-up'. Several weeks in, nothing changed. We were still not getting pre-set appointments and they eventually stopped taking our calls. We would like our money back, but they no longer answer our calls when we call in. We ordered 50 pre-set appointmehts. Matthew Rhodes said that his manager agreed to give us 10 more if we contracted when we did for a total of 60 appointments. We are averaging 0.7 appointments per week (and 0 sat with us), at that rate it would take us many years to reach 60 appointments and if 0 will sit with us then we will NEVER actually hit that number.
I will repost on here if World Advisory Solutions actually refunds our $3,500. If we do not recieve it or any amount close to that back I will continue to update this site so that others do not get SCAMMED the same way.
