Apparently I am not thier first (or last) victim. I noticed small credit card charges (all $9.00)on my last few statements and decided to research them online.
I found this website and some useful information. All of the phone numbers list in the other complaints have a message saying they are having technical dificulties with the phone system. I sent them an email through thier website demanding a full refund.
They responded saying they would refund all charges. They also said that I had made a purchase at UBid.com (I did) at the conclusion of the UBid transaction, I was offered a membership with thier company which they claim I accepted. I remember seeing thier advertisment but I never clicked on it or completed any type of service request.
The same thing happened when I made a purchase at EBGames.com.
I will send emails to UBid and EBGames letting them know what one of thier advertisers is doing to thier customers.
