White Overnite sent me to collections for $176.00 a year after ordering a free trial and hearing nothing else from them Las Vegas Nevada
A year ago in March I ordered a free trial of white overnite teeth whitening product I allowed them to charge my credit card $3.95, no where did I read that I was agreeing to autoship, no where did I read that I would have to call and cancel this account, I was under the impression that I would recieve a free trial of their product and I was only responsible for the S&H. After I recieved the "free" trial I never heard anything from them, I never recieved a bill, I lost the debit card I had used for the S&H so I cancelled that card, I never recieved any more of their product I never recieved a delinquent account letter I recieved nothing else from them and more than a year later I recieve a letter from Access Capital Credit saying I owe $176.00 for an account I had with White Overnite Night, when I tried contacting this collection agency the man on the other end was so rude and disrespectful that it made it impossible for me to communicate with him, I'm assuming it's because he knows this client is a crook!
