I am the Service Director of Western Truck Center and Western Peterbilt. I was not employeed with this company at the time of the complaint. However I would like to take this opportunity to let our friends and customers know we are a good and honest business dedicated to serving the very valuable trucking community. I have no idea what incident sparked the complaint made. We are working everyday to insure our customers receive Quality Work and a fair price. In the time I have assumed the position of Service Director we have implemented an estimating system that requires every service manager in our group to complete a written estimate for repairs and to amend same when additional work is required. This enables all customers to know what the job will require and how much it will cost. Again we want satisfied customers and above all we want repeat clients who will come back to our shops time and time again for their trucking needs.
